Certified pre-owned devices include shop warranty against hardware defects. Physical damage, liquid exposure, or unauthorized third-party repairs void the warranty.

Online trade-in estimates are subject to final physical inspection at the store. Final valuations are based on screen, body, and operational condition verification.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for manufacturing defects. Physical damage caused by the buyer is not covered. Please bring the original invoice and all accessories for return processing.
